We met Scott at an open house and immediately felt comfortable with his easy going style and gentlemanly manner. I am writing this letter of recommendation for Scott Avery who help
us find and buy a home in La Quinta California last year. My wife
and I were new to the California area and were recommended to Scott
by some close friends who also had recently moved to La Quinta from
New Jersey. Not knowing anything about the local area, we were quite
concerned about how we were going to find a home and also how we
could determine the proper price. After our first meeting with
Scott, my wife and I both knew that we had found the right real

Hi Scott – It is with great pleasure that I share our fantastic customer service we experienced while working with you. As you know, I am in the Hospitality Industry so customer service is a pet peeve of mine whereby I expect it to be the standard not an added feature. With that being said, you went above and beyond to sell our house and Dennis & I greatly appreciate it. Our house was on the market in the midst of these tough economic times and you were constantly showing it until the right buyer came along with the right offer (and who appreciated the beautiful lot and view). Just two days away from closing we experienced a flood, which delayed the closing, but thank goodness your calmness reassured the buyers and their realtor things would be fixed and we could move forward with the closing where they could have very easily walked away and purchased another home with the abundance of homes available.

Now this is where you went above and beyond your duties as our realtor - - you were there with us and for us to meet with insurance adjustors and contractors to facilitate the repairs and assist us in picking the right contractor, etc. We really appreciated that extra step and couldn’t have gotten things repaired in a timely manner due to our work schedule so the buyers could move in prior to their family arriving in three weeks….for that you made everybody happy!
